Nagbigay na ng pahayag si Kris Aquino kaugnay ng mga binitiwang komento ng podcast show na Machong Chismisan tungkol sa anak niyang si Josh.
“Many of you may have wondered why i gave no statement to what were irresponsible & uninformed opinions. A friend who i admire for his wisdom told me there are people i should learn not to give oxygen to, in other words ignore and the issue dies a natural death,” sabi ni Kris sa kaniyang pahayag sa Instagram.
“By never stating their names, or my feelings, they didn’t get the word war from me they were expecting,” pagpapatuloy niya.
Matatandaang binura na ang naturang episode ng Machong Chismisan, kung saan nagbigay ng mga mapanlait na pahayag ang mga host kay Josh.
Ibinahagi pa ni Kris na kasama niya si Josh sa kanilang pagtulog sa hapon at sa pag-alaga nito sa kaniya mula Lunes hanggang Biyernes.
“I haven’t felt the need to share with you what happens in our home. But to set the record straight, kuya is with me during our afternoon siesta, although mine stretches to 4 hours. When he sees Bimb going to his computer, kuya knows it’s his shift. And he loves to say: Mama your shoulder’s here. I sleep best with my head resting on Kuya’s shoulder and my arms wrapped around his left arm. It’s difficult because he can’t move but Monday to Friday kuya josh does his share to take care of his mama,” saad niya.
Pinasalamatan din niya ang mga doktor at nurse sa Makati Medical Center sa paggalang sa kaniyang privacy habang nakikipaglaban siya sa kaniyang autoimmune diseases.
"Thank you for your prayers and words of encouragement. If i don’t post, i am in so much pain that i’m bedridden for 5 days, or if you don’t see reels- that’s the sign, i am in need of more prayers. I don’t want to ad to your burdens, i’ve read you admire my strength, that’s because i witnessed what our mom went through to prepare us, for life without her," sabi niya.
Dagdag pa ni Kris, patuloy siyang lumalaban sa kaniyang mga sakit para sa kaniyang nakababatang anak na si Bimby, na nangangailangan pa ng maraming panahon na maghanda para sa buong buhay nitong responsabilidad ng pag-aalaga sa nakatatanda nitong kapatid na si Josh.
“That’s why their mom can’t give up the fight just yet,” sabi niya.
Matatandaang inulan ng batikos ang Machong Chismisan, kasama na ang mga puna ni Boy Abunda, na kinondena ang kanilang mga pahayag.
