The world No. 20 is projected to enter the final Grand Slam of the season as a seeded player, with the women’s singles draw set to be revealed on Thursday.
Fans, however, will have a chance to see Eala in action earlier as she competes in the mixed doubles tournament with Felix Auger-Aliassime starting August 25, followed by the Stars of the Open exhibition match on August 27.
Eala has been on a roll this year, winning her second WTA 125 title last June and her first WTA title at the DC Open earlier this month.
