Alex Eala's events at the 2026 US Open
Alexandra “Alex” Eala is set for a busy few days at the 2026 US Open, with several events lined up for the Filipina tennis star in New York.
The US Open holds a special place in Eala’s young career, with the Grand Slam serving as the stage for some of her biggest milestones.
In 2022, Eala won the US Open junior girls’ singles title. Years later, she made more history by reaching the second round of the Grand Slam, becoming the first Filipina to win a main-draw match at a Grand Slam.

Her rise since then has brought even more milestones, including her second WTA 125 title in Birmingham and her first WTA Tour title in Washington, D.C., earlier this month.
Now, Eala is ready to take on New York once again.
Here’s where fans can catch the Filipino star in action:
US Open mixed doubles with Felix Auger-Aliassime
Eala will team up with world No. 4 Felix Auger-Aliassime in the US Open mixed doubles event.
The pair received a wildcard into the main draw, joining a star-studded field that includes Serena Williams and Carlos Alcaraz, Leylah Fernandez and Frances Tiafoe, as well as Aryna Sabalenka and Novak Djokovic and Elena Rybakina and Taylor Fritz.
The mixed doubles main draw will be held from August 25 to 26.

Stars of the Open exhibition event
Eala will also get some time to have fun off the competitive circuit as she takes part in the Stars of the Open exhibition event on August 27.
She will be joined by good friend Iva Jovic, as well as fellow young stars Learner Tien and Joao Fonseca.
Amanda Anisimova, Arthur Fils, Alex Michelsen, and Marta Kostyuk are also set to take part.
A portion of the ticket proceeds from Stars of the Open will benefit the USTA Foundation.
US Open singles draw
Of course, the main event remains Eala’s women’s singles campaign.
Eala is projected to enter the singles main draw as a seeded player, currently sitting at No. 20 in the world rankings.
The singles draw will be revealed on August 27, when Eala will learn her first opponent and begin plotting her path through Flushing Meadows.
