Malakihang rollback sa presyo ng mga produktong petrolyo, posible sa unang linggo ng Hunyo

May aasahan ang mga motorista ng malakihang bawas-presyo sa mga produktong petrolyo sa unang linggo ng Hunyo.

Batay sa Mean of Platts Singapore (MOPS) at foreign exchange averages sa nakalipas na apat na araw ng trading, sinabi ng isang source mula sa industriya ng langis na inaasahang magkakaroon ng rollback sa presyo ng langis sa susunod na linggo.

“Crude and refined fuel products prices are pressured by improving sentiments that the US and Iran are moving closer towards a peace deal, even though both parties still remained at odds over key issues, and growing optimism on the prospect that the Strait of Hormuz will be reopened soon,” ayon sa industry source.

“Supply tightness in diesel market is seen easing down, weighing on the price benchmark, as recent market developments point to some improvement in supply conditions, with refiners increasingly able to secure alternative crude supplies,” dagdag nito.

Bagaman inaasahan ang rollback sa susunod na linggo, sinabi ng source na nananatiling may peligro sa supply at demand dahil mahigpit pa rin ang global gasoline markets sa pagsisimula ng tag-init habang patuloy na bumababa ang mga imbentaryo.
