Muling kinilala ang Kapuso star at Eat Bulaga! Dabarkads na si Paolo Ballesteros sa husay nang kaniyang pagganap bilang "Trisha" sa pelikulang "Die Beautiful."

Kinilala bilang Best Actor si Paolo sa 40th Gawad Urian Awards, na ginanap nitong Huwebes. Ang co-star naman niyang si Christian Bables, hinirang na Best Supporting Actor.

Samantala, humakot naman ng parangal ang "Women of the Weeping River" ni Sheron Dayoc. Tinanggap nito ang mga parangal na Best Picture, Best Editing, Best Cinematography, at Best Screenplay. Si Sheron naman, kinilala bilang Best Director.

Ayon sa ulat ng PEP.ph, napabulalas si Paolo ng "Oh my God! Ang gwapo ni John Lloyd!" habang nasa stage upang tanggapin ang pagkilala.

Ngunit hindi naman niya nakalimutang magpasalamat, "Sa Gawad Urian, salamat sa muling pagkilala. Sa buong Team Die Beautiful. Sa manager ko. Sa mga Dabarkads ko sa Eat Bulaga, maraming salamat sa pagsuporta. Sa family ko, thank you for always being there."

Si Christian naman, tila nagugulat pa rin sa mga papupuring kaniyang natatanggap.

Aniya, "Hindi ko po alam kung bakit ako nandito ngayon. Sorry po. Gusto ko pasalamatan ang bumubuo ng 40th Gawad Urian. Sa lahat ng nagtiwala sa akin. Salamat po ng marami. Thank you po. Thank you po."
