Para sa Legaspi twins na sina Cassy at Mavy, hindi umano maiiwasan na makaramdam ng stress ngayong panahon ng community quarantine.

"If you're dealing with pressure or anxiety, I know that there's a lot of time in our hands right now and you feel like you have to be productive 24/7, you have to be doing homework, you have to be working, cleaning, or working out and all like that, but please don't forget that you are only human and you are allowed to rest," sabi ni Cassy.

"So don't worry if you want to take a 20-minute nap or a five hour nap... just don't forget to rest," dagdag niya.

Payo naman ni Mavy sa mga nakararamdam ng anxiety, malalagpasan din nila ang kanilang pinagdadaanan.

"Think about that a lot of people are also going through this but at the same time, there will be an end to this. Think positive," sabi ni Mavy.

"And if you really can't think positive, find that inner peace in your self, only you have the key to do that," dagdag pa ni Mavy.
