Sa muli niyang pagpirma ng kontrata bilang Kapuso matapos ang walong taon, inihayag ni Gabbi Garcia na hindi niya iiwan ang GMA Network.
Ginanap ang renewal ng contract ni Gabbi sa GMA Artist Center nitong Huwebes, Setyembre 23.
""I'm just so grateful. GMA has been my second family for almost eight years. I literally grew up with GMA behind my back, beside me, in everything," sabi ni Gabbi.
Pinasalamatan ni Gabbi ang GMA executives, kabilang sina Head for Talent Imaging and Marketing Unit Simoun Ferrer at Senior Talent Manager Joy Marcelo, dahil higit pa sa magkatrabaho ang kanilang naging samahan.
"In GMA kasi we don't treat each other as just co-workers, we all have relationship with each other,"
"I was just a girl who wanted to dream big. And I just can't believe that up to this day, everyone is still supporting me, everyone has my back."
Pinasalamatan din ni Gabbi sina GMA Network Chairman and CEO Atty. Felipe L. Gozon, President and COO Gilberto R. Duavit, Jr. at Executive Vice President and CFO Felipe S. Yalong.
"In GMA, everyone can just simply say hi to anybody, I have mini conversations with the bosses without feeling intimidated," sabi niya.
Unang naging teleserye ni Gabbi ang "My Destiny," hanggang sa mabigyan siya ng break bilang si Sang'gre Alena sa iconic Kapuso fantasy drama na "Encantadia."
Nakatakda ngayong bumida si Gabbi sa "Love You Stranger" ng GMA Public Affairs kung saan katambal niya ang kaniyang real life sweetheart na si Khalil Ramos.
