"I've been harassed all week with allegations and people have been posting details of Mat's work online for everyone to see just because they think he's corrupt. That's doxing. People have been accusing me of stuff because they said I've been quiet, but I've not been quiet," saad niya.

"When the flood control issue exploded, the last thing I wanted to do was misspeak about Mat's place of work and cause him to lose his livelihood. So, instead, what I do is I repost and reshare good content with important information from credible sources," paliwanag niya.

Binig-diin din niya na hindi lahat ng nagtatrabaho sa gobyerno ay kurap, "Don't discount that there are good people who truly want to serve the public, just like his dad, who passed away even before Mat started working there."

"I became even more protective of him because I know that there's so many people out there who won't even care that he's good at his job and that he works clean," ayon pa kay Inka.

"Look, we understand the anger of the people because it is our anger too. And it's so unfortunate that Mat and I, along with so many other people who are not involved in whatever is going on, are getting caught in the crossfire," dagdag niya.

"This issue is way bigger than Mat and I. We, Mat and myself, are legitimate taxpayers and are obviously against corruption of any kind and we want those who mishandled the funds to be held accountable," sabi ni Inka.  — FRJ GMA Integrated News
