Humingi ng tulong ang Lakas-CMD sa National Bureau of Investigation (NBI) para imbestigahan ang pinagmulan at nagpakalat ng pekeng dokumento na "Oplan Horus," na layuning pabagsakin umano ang pamilya Duterte. Ang pirma ng kongresistang nakalagay, ginaya.
"Lakas-CMD has formally asked the National Bureau of Investigation (NBI) to conduct a full and exhaustive probe into the source and distribution network of a fabricated document labeled 'Oplan Horus,'” saad sa inilabas na pahayag nitong Miyekoles.
Ang "Oplan Horus" ay isang dokumento na naglalaman ng plano para pabagsakin umano ang pamilya Duterte.
"The manufactured document, labeled Oplan Horus, falsely attributes authorship to House Majority Leader Rep. Manuel Jose “Mannix” M. Dalipe and bears his forged signature," ayon sa Lakas-CMD.
Inilarawan ni Lakas-CMD Executive Director Anna Capella Velasco ang naturang dokumento na “malicious and falsified."
“It has caused significant reputational damage not only to the Office of the Majority Leader, but also to the House of Representatives and the Lakas-Christian Muslim Democrats,” ani Velasco.
Ayon sa Lakas-CMD, ang sino mang nasa likod ng naturang pekeng dokumento ay lumabag sa batas laban sa identity fraud, cyber libel, at posibleng lumabag din sa Cybercrime Prevention Act of 2012.
“In light of this, we respectfully request… a full investigation to identify the individuals or groups responsible for the creation and distribution of the fabricated ‘Oplan Horus’ document,” dagdag ng Lakas-CMD.
Nais ding ng partido na alamin ng NBI kung papaanong nailathala sa mga pahayagan ang pekeng dokumento at kumalat sa social media platforms.
“We stand ready to submit all available evidence to support the investigation. We urge the NBI to treat this matter with the utmost urgency because it involves the identity of a high-ranking public official and the credibility of our democratic institutions ahead of the 2025 midterm elections,” ayon sa partido. — mula sa ulat ni Llanesca T.
