Tuloy ang pinakamalaking film festival sa Scandinavia sa kabila ng nararanasang coronavirus pandemic. Pero ang festival, gagawin sa isang isla na isang tao ang manonood.
Sa ulat ng Reuters, isang healthcare worker ang napiling nag-iisang audience sa naturang 2021 Gothenburg Film Festival.
Umabot umano sa 12,000 ang aplikante sa naturang pambihirang festival.
Isang linggong mananatili sa remote island ng Pater Noster ang Swedish nurse at film fan na si Lisa Enroth.
Sunod-sunod niyang panonoorin ang mga kalahok na pelikula.
“In healthcare I seem to have spent ages listening, testing and consoling. I feel like I’m drained of energy,” ani Enroth.
Ang isla ng Pater Noster ay tanyag sa kaniyang lighthouse.
“The wind, the sea, the possibility of being part of a totally different kind of reality for a week – all this is really attractive,” sabi ni Enroth, na gagawa ng daily video diary na makikita sa website ng festival.
