Walang pasok sa mga paaralan sa lahat ng antas, pribado at pampubliko sa Biyernes, October  3, 2025  sa mga lalawigan ng Isabela at Aurora dahil sa epekto ng bagyong “Paolo.”

“Pursuant to Executive Order No. 24 from the Office of the Governor, all classes in public and private schools, as well as work in all local and national government offices, are suspended in the province of Isabela tomorrow, October 3, 2025, due to #PaoloPH,” saad sa pahayag na naka-post sa Facebook page ng public information office ng lalawigan ng Isabela.

“However, all government hospitals, police, army, communications, the Provincial Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Office (PDRRMO), Public Safety Office (PSO), Provincial Social Welfare and Development Office (PSWDO), Provincial Jail, Provincial Security Group (PSG), and other essential offices shall continue to operate at optimal efficiency,” dagdag nito.

Saad naman sa FB post ng Provincial Government of Aurora: “Suspendido na simula bukas, Oktubre 3, 2025, ang pasok sa lahat ng antas sa mga paaralan at trabaho sa mga tanggapan ng pamahalaan sa buong Aurora bilang bahagi ng preventive measures laban sa banta ng Bagyong Paolo, ayon kay Governor Isidro P. Galban.” 

Sa 5 p.m. weather bulletin ng PAGASA nitong Huwebes, nakasaad na bahagyang lumakas si Paolo.

Namataan ang sentro nito sa 480 kilometers east ng Infanta, Quezon o 480 kilometers east ng Baler, Aurora.

Inaasahan na magla-landfall si Paolo sa southern Isabela o northern Aurora sa Biyernes ng umaga, October 3.

Taglay ng bagyo ang pinakamalakas na hangin na 85 km/h malapit sa gitna, at pagbugso ng hanggang 105 km/h. Kumikilos si Paolo sa bilis na 15 km/h pa-west northwestward, ayon sa PAGASA.
