Mananatiling Kapuso ang broadcast journalist na si Kara David matapos na pumirma muli ng kontrata sa GMA Network.
Isinagawa ang pagpirma ni Kara ng panibagong kontrata sa GMA nitong Martes, kasabay ng kaniyang 30th anniversary sa journalism industry.
Dumalo sa contract signing sina GMA Network CEO and President Gilberto R. Duavit Jr., Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer Felipe S. Yalong, at Senior Vice President for Public Affairs and Executive Vice President for GMA Pictures Nessa Valdellon.

Sa panibagong yugto ng kaniyang career, binalikan ni Kara ang pangyayari noon na bumagsak siya sa job application exams at auditions, at ang GMA Network umano ang nagbigay sa kaniya ng pagkakataon.
“I will be forever grateful for you taking the chance on me when nobody else wanted to take a chance on me,” ayon kay Kara.
“Thank you for allowing me to tell stories and thank you for allowing me to use these stories to help more people in the Philippines," patuloy niya.
Kabilang si Kara sa mga host ng longest-running and most awarded documentary program na “I-Witness,” at ang Philippine travel and food documentary show sa “Pinas Sarap.”
