  • Mamburao, Occidental Mindoro - no face-to-face classes, all levels, public and private
  • Manaoag, Pangasinan - no face-to-face classes, all levels, public and private
  • Mangaldan, Pangasinan - no face-to-face classes, all levels, public and private
  • San Jacinto, Pangasinan - no face-to-face classes in the afternoon, all levels, public (from March 13 until lifted)
  • Urdaneta City, Pangasinan - no face-to-face classes, all levels, public and private
  • Gerona, Tarlac - no face-to-face classes in public school from elementary to Grade 12
