REGION III (CENTRAL LUZON)

  • Schools Division of Bulacan - no face-to-face classes, elementary to secondary, public, Oct. 16-17 for simultaneous school building inspection

REGION IV-A (CALABARZON)

  • Cavite - no face-to-face classes all levels public and private Oct. 15 to 18
  • Laguna - no face-to-face classes, all levels, public and private, Oct. 15 to 31
  • Quezon - no face-to-face classes, all levels, public and private, Oct. 16 to 17
  • Rizal - no face-to-face classes, all levels, public and private until Oct. 17; shift to modular distance learning

REGION X - NORTHERN MINDANAO

  • Gingoog Misamis Oriental - no face-to-face classes public and private; suspended Oct. 13 until further notice

REGION XI - DAVAO REGION

  • Davao Oriental - no face-to-face classes, public schools; suspended Oct. 11 until further notice
  • Mabini, Davao de Oro - no classes, all levels, public and private; suspended Oct. 13 until further notice
  • Montevista, Davao de Oro - no classes, all levels; suspended Oct. 14 until further notice. Suspension includes work of all teachers and non-teaching/administrative personnel.
  • Nabunturan, Davao de Oro - asynchronous classes for all levels, public and private, suspended Oct. 13 until further notice

SCHOOLS

  • University of Sto. Tomas - all classes and office work across all levels until Oct. 16
  • Adamson University-- classes in all levels will remain online until October 18
  • University of the East (UE): for October 15-18, 2025
  • UE Caloocan college, K to 12, PE, NSTP and ROTC classes shall be on Online Synchronous mode on the said Wednesday to Saturday dates.
  • UE CLaw, CAS Mla., CBA Mla.*, CCSS*, CEduc*, CEng'g Mla.*, K to 12*, PE, NSTP and ROTC classes on the said dates shall be Online Synchronous.
  • UE Graduate School classes on the said dates will be of online modality.
  • * Some exceptions concerning UE Manila:
  • CDent: Classes shall be face-to-face with leniency. First-year DMD students will follow the CAS Mla. guidelines.
  • CBA Mla.: The thesis defense sessions set for Oct 18, 2025, shall proceed onsite/on-campus.
  • CCSS: The College's classes on Oct. 17 and 18 shall be Asynchronous.
  • CEduc: Lab classes and the College's 'Weigh to Go' program shall proceed as scheduled onsite.
  • CEng'g Mla.: Classes of all major subjects shall be face-to-face.
  • K to 12 Mla.: Classes on Oct. 15 shall be Asynchronous.
  • UE offices on both campuses will remain open as usual on October 15-17, 2025
