Kabilang sina Gelli de Belen at Ariel Rivera sa iilang showbiz couple na matagal nang nagsasama bilang mag-asawa.
Sa episode ng "Fast Talk with Boy Abunda" nitong Lunes, sinabi ni Gelli na mahalaga sa relasyon ang bukas na komunikasyon.
"You try to understand, really understand what you're partner is saying," sabi ni Gelli na 25 taon nang kasal kay Ariel.
"It helps that you're together all the time [but you really have to] communicate," dagdag niya.
Bukod sa open communication, at namnamin ang pagiging magkasama, sinabi ni Gelli na mahalaga rin na "be yourself, don't lose yourself."
"You need to do other things and not just be together all the time. You also have to be yourself, don't lose yourself," paliwanag niya.
"Find something you love doing that makes you happy even if you're not with your partner," patuloy niya.
Taong 1997 nang magpakasal sina Gelli at Ariel at mayroon silang dalawang anak na sina Julio at Joaquin.—FRJ, GMA Integrated News
