Itinalagang bagong General Manager ng state-run People’s Television Network (PTV) si dating Taguig City mayor Lino Cayetano, na kapatid nina Senate President Alan Peter Cayetano at Pia Cayetano.
Ang pagtatalaga sa naturang posisyon kay Lino ay kinumpirma ni Presidential Communications Office (PCO) Secretary Dave Gomez nitong Miyerkoles.
Pinalitan ni Cayetano, na isa ring film director, sa nasabing puwesto si Maria Lourdes Choa-Fagar.
“Former Mayor Cayetano brings with him a rare wealth of experience from the media, the private and the public sector that would certainly take PTV 4 to greater heights in our ever-evolving multi-media landscape,” ani Gomez.
