Ibinahagi ng TGIS batch 3 stars na sina Chubi Del Rosario, Vanna Garcia at Aiza Marquez ang kani-kanilang mga pinagdadaanan ngayong panahon ng community quarantine.

Si Vanna na isa nang negosyante at full-time mom, nangamba dahil kasisimula pa lang ng kaniyang clinic.

"We always have to put first the health and the safety of everyone. Siyempre it's very sad for us most especially we just launched a business last October. So we're just about getting there and starting pa lang and this all happened," sabi ni Vanna sa "Just In" online talk show ni Paolo Contis.

"So of course, nandiyan 'yung mga thoughts na how do we make the people trust the business or to be able to feel safe about being touched by someone else kasi that's the scary part in all of this," dagdag ni Vanna.

Hinihintay daw nina Vanna ang mga ilalabas na protocols para sa muling pagbubukas ng kanilang business. Iniisip din daw ni Vanna na i-expand ang kanilang product line.

Hamon din para kay Aiza ang kaniyang sitwasyon sa New York dahil hindi pa pinahihintulutan ang mass gatherings.

"I think as kung single parent ka, single mom, single dad, it's very challenging kasi now, wala pa akong naririnig about reopening sa restaurant business and I work in a bank with events, which is private events, malaking gathering 'yan," ani Aiza.

"I think sa amin kami 'yung pinakahuling mag-o-open rather than small businesses or hindi ganoon kalaking group of parties," dagdag ni Aiza.

Sa Setyembre na raw babalik sa klase ang kaniyang mga anak.

"So okay lang din sa akin kahit paano na hindi pa talaga kami babalik sa work kasi kailangan ko ring isipin I was gonna take care of the kids, who's gonna help my daughter to do her homework? Pagdating sa ganoon, very, very, very challening para sa akin 'yun," sabi ni Aiza.

Mas tinitingnan naman ni Chubi ang positibong nangyari sa panahon ng community quarantine.

"Internally sa totoo lang just being at home the entire day and having the free time to do the things that I want, to find that well-being of balance, the meditation, the exercise, lahat-lahat, sa totoo lang ako, internally I've been feeling really good," sabi ni Chubi.

Para kay Chubi, maaaring gumawa ng mga aktibidad sa bahay para mahanap ang "inner peace."

"Even if you have that moment of silence, or even if you could just sit down for five minutes, there are so many things na puwedeng gawin para mabalanse, 'yung emotional, mental health, buong pagkatao mo," sabi ni Chubbi.--FRJ, GMA News
